JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work experience: 3 years in a relevant industry/agency. Experience with managing social media for government /political customer is a bonus.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to politics, external affairs & government day to day business (Preferred but not critical).
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, visual and video format.
• Demonstrates social customer service techniques. Possesses the ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and handle them with care and professionalism.
• Ability to use social media listening / engagement and publish platforms. Prior experience in using tool is desirable.
